We are located in North Brookfield, Massachusetts, although very few of our clients live in the North Brookfield/Sturbridge area. Most of our clients live more than an hour away from our office in other areas of Massachusetts and in northern Connecticut and southern New Hampshire. A few of our clients live in New York, Virginia, Georgia and Florida. Today, with good telephone connections and email, distance is not the issue that it used to be. We typically meet with clients at their homes – a personal service that they find very helpful.
Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, although we understand that our normal working hours are not always convenient for our clients. To accommodate busy week-day schedules, we often meet or have telephone conversations with our clients in the evening or during the weekend.
